No. All family members will have a separate Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) / eVisitor application. This means you will need to submit the details for each family member individually.

As a business visitor, you are allowed to do the following:

  • ask broad questions regarding business or employment
  • assess, negotiate, sign, or review a business agreement
  • participate in an official government visit, and take part in a seminar, exhibition, or forum, but you cannot be paid for your presence

On the other hand, you are not permitted to work or provide services to any individual, company, or institution, or to market goods or services to the public. Working or trying to work in Australia on an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) / eVisitor may lead to its cancellation, and you may be prohibited to enter or exit the country. To be able to work in Australia, you must have a visa that authorises you to do so.

The easiest way to check the details of your visa is online, using the VEVO service. You can access the VEVO service here. Select ‘check your visa details and conditions’ and follow the steps to complete the process. 

To check your visa status using the VEVO service, you will need your travel document, passport, or ImmiCard details. You will also need one of the following reference numbers:

  • Transaction Reference Number (TRN)
  • Visa Evidence Number
  • Visa Grant Number
